Easy check-in and easy check-out, parking on site. The quiet feel of the hotel. Clean swimming pool and particularly good location near to the store. For tea or coffee visit Marble Slab Creamery nearby.

when the door wouldn't budge

The location was excellent, and the staff were warm and cute overall. The room was spacious and well-appointed with comfortable bedding, perfect for a family stay.

We struggled with a malfunctioning door that wouldn't close easily was great. The lack of timely support to fix this was disappointing.

Bed's were comfortable. Coffee at breakfast was fresh and hot.

Breakfast items were empty, more often than not. Pressure of water in shower was low.

Fridge was dirty, something was spilled all inside. No remote for tv. My family went down for breakfast 45 minutes before scheduled to end, there was nothing but dry cereal. All eggs,sausage, muffins, and everything they had offered was gone. I went to desk staff suggesting if there would be more breakfast put out and he went and put some bread out. My family ended up having to go elsewhere to eat. Very disappointed!

We explored the Silverhorn Golf Club and had a blast at some local attractions. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was solid. A clean room really made a difference for our group vacation. Perfect place for a getaway!

The location was PERFECT for our needs.

The bed was horribly worn. I fought rolling into the middle all night. We switched rooms for the second night. That room had no blackout curtains, so we were awake with the dawn! The deadbolt also could not be engaged. At least there was a backup lock. Showering at 9:00 a.m. was an exercise in frustration because the water pressure dropped to a trickle about every 90 seconds so getting soap rinsed off was a challenge. The eggs were tasteless and the breakfast sausage was cold, gray, and tasted like paper.

Clean rooms with comfy beds. Amazing water pressure in the walk-in shower. Great breakfast, including biscuits and gravy. Friendly staff that make you feel welcome. Minutes from attractions with easy access through back streets. Fitness center available. Housekeeping only comes when called, which is a nice touch!

There wasn't overcrowding. The staff was friendly.

One reason I choose this hotel because it advertised breakfast. But from the first day of our stay there was never enough. And we stayed during the week and not on a weekend. There was only enough cooked daily for a few residents without trying to replenish at all. Housekeeping never showed. We had to request daily. We were never given enough linen for everyone the room. Always had to ask for extra. Then once we were told there wasn't enough because they hadn't been washed. Then there were roaches in the room. I don't know where this 8.5 rating came from, but definitely not 8.5 service.

We had a nice stay, house keeping needs to do a little better job, there was dried urine on the base of the toilet and very dirty around the frig. But all in all we had a nice stay.

great access to parks and dining options for weekend explorers

The staff were super friendly. Being so close to California Pizza Kitchen and Starbucks made grabbing a quick bite easy during my strolls around the area. The hotel itself offers comfortable rooms that suit solo travelers like me perfectly but the strong chemical smell lingering in some areas could use some attention for an overall better experience.

Really great experience there. Cheap food combined with an excellent service. Cool, spotless room with coffee and fridge, for example, and favourable location.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work, ran out of food for breakfast and took a long time to put out more.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping options. The staff provided excellent and consistently courteous service.
